The owner of this 2007 Volvo C30 T5 wanted to give the hot-hatch an aggressive, deep-dish stance that’s rare on this platform. The brief called for a wide 11-inch wheel with a strong negative offset to achieve a flush, lipped look, finished with a matte-silver center disc against a mirror-polished outer barrel for a clean European tuner aesthetic.

An 11-inch-wide wheel with a -20mm offset on a compact like the C30 is an aggressive fitment — the 2-piece construction was essential to build the deep dish the client wanted while precisely controlling the offset for fender clearance. We CNC-machined the 5-spoke center from a forged blank and assembled it to a deep polished barrel with torqued-to-spec rim bolts. The 5x108 PCD with 63.4mm bore (Volvo/Ford spec) was machined to OEM tolerance, and the lug bore was profiled to 15×32×60 for correct seat and clamping. The center got a matte-silver finish against a hand-polished lip for contrast.
The deep-dish 18x11 setup completely transformed the C30's stance — a flush, aggressive look with the matte-silver-and-polished contrast that gives this Volvo a true custom-forged presence rarely seen on the platform.
