The rear runs an aggressive ET-38 to push the wheel out toward the arch edge for that unmistakable “tucked-and-flared” street-machine look, executed as a true 2-piece forged construction so the deep lip is real structure, not a styling trick. The XF Falcon’s original 5×114.3 Ford bolt pattern is preserved for a genuine bolt-on fit. XINGTU machined the set to exact hub, bolt pattern, and offset.

    XINGTU's engineers want to highlight three details that define this build.

    First, all fitment numbers here are customer-submitted and customer-verified on the actual car. A stock 1985 XF Falcon runs modest 14"–15" wheels with mildly positive offsets on 5×114.3 — the customer's spec of 19×8.0 front / 20×12 rear with ET0 / ET-57.5 is a full Pro-Touring restomod configuration that pushes the rear wheel dramatically outboard of any factory Falcon position. XINGTU's engineers built strictly to the submitted numbers, and the customer has confirmed the finished set installs correctly on his vehicle — meaning the required widened arches / mini-tub / adjusted suspension geometry is already in place. Because this is a made-to-order forged wheel and not a bolt-on OEM replacement, responsibility for ongoing arch clearance, suspension travel, and drivetrain compatibility stays with the customer's build. The 71.6 mm bore is machined hub-centric to the customer's confirmed hub dimension so the wheel loads on the hub, not the studs.

    Second, this is a forged two-piece — the right structure for a deep-lip staggered fitment of this scale. The center face is cut from a 6061-T6 forged billet with unbroken grain flow from the hub through every spoke, then bolted to a spun-flow-formed outer barrel with the deep 174.5 mm rear lip that gives this build its stance character. Two-piece construction is the correct architecture here because a monoblock cannot achieve a 174.5 mm rear lip without either becoming unrealistically heavy or compromising forging grain flow at the lip; two-piece lets the forged center carry structural load while the spun barrel delivers the deep-dish geometry. The 750 kg per-wheel load rating × 4 = 3,000 kg total capacity is sized for a period sedan chassis with restomod suspension, and meets VIA + JWL-T equivalent structural testing. Barrel bolts are torqued to spec, sealed against the o-ring, and pressure-tested for airtightness before plating.

    Third, the finish is real electroplated chrome, not chrome paint or PVD film. The entire wheel — face, barrel, and inner rim — goes through a proper multi-layer chrome plating pipeline: degrease and acid activation → copper strike base → semi-bright + bright nickel layers → chromium top layer, each stage in a controlled bath with rinse and inspection between steps. The copper base fills micro-porosity in the aluminum and gives the mirror foundation; the nickel gives corrosion resistance and depth; the chrome top gives the cold blue-white brilliance that no paint or vapor-deposition film can match. Combining the two-piece bolted assembly with the full chrome plating pipeline — including pre-plating polish of every visible surface and post-plating dimensional re-verification — is what extends the delivery timeline to 45 days versus a single-finish monoblock.
