An XF Falcon owner came to XINGTU wanting a wheel that channeled the classic Aussie muscle / street-machine era — a full mirror-chrome five-spoke face over a wide, deep-lip staggered stance. The rear runs an aggressive ET-38 to push the wheel out toward the arch edge for that unmistakable “tucked-and-flared” street-machine look, executed as a true 2-piece forged construction so the deep lip is real structure, not a styling trick. The XF Falcon’s original 5×114.3 Ford bolt pattern is preserved for a genuine bolt-on fit. XINGTU machined the set to exact hub, bolt pattern, and offset.

    Engineering Notes

    XINGTU's engineers want to highlight two structural details that define this build.

    First, this is a true 2-piece forged wheel. The classic 5-spoke face is forged from 6061-T6 with continuous grain flow, then bolted to a separately forged deep-lip barrel using torque-spec, pressure-tested stainless hardware. That bolted joint is what makes the rear's ET-38 deep-lip stance real — with a monoblock, that depth would either not be possible or would require excess material. XINGTU's engineers torque each fastener to spec and pressure-test the assembly for seal so the face and barrel behave as one unit under the Falcon's inline-six or V8 torque and cornering load.

    Second, the full mirror chrome finish is not paint. True chrome is an electroplated metal layer — the forged aluminum surface must first be CNC-polished to mirror smoothness, copper-plated, nickel-plated, then chrome-plated in sequence. XINGTU's engineers execute this on the finished forged shell so the plating adheres cleanly and holds a deep, glass-like reflection over the long term. The 70.5 mm bore is machined hub-centric to Ford spec — for the XF Falcon's smaller factory hub, a hub-centric ring keeps load transfer on the hub, not the studs.
