2009 Bmw E91 325i Lci

Model: RC1405-1XXT (1995 / 19105)

The combination of a chrome-plated center disc and outer lip, paired with a natural polished aluminum barrel, creates a contrasting finish. All fitment parameters are customized according to the owner’s already-adjusted fender and suspension settings. The design is confirmed as a true three‑piece forged construction, with 19‑inch staggered sizing to fill the wheel arches of the E91 touring, while retaining the correct 5×120 BMW E‑chassis bolt pattern and 72.5 mm center bore. The star‑pattern wheel face will be machined to the customer’s precise data.

    Engineering Notes

XINGTU's engineers want to highlight three details that define this build.

First, this is a true 3-piece forged wheel — the 5-spoke center face is forged from 6061-T6 with continuous grain flow, and is bolted between a separately forged upper barrel (the outer lip) and a separately forged lower barrel, using torque-spec, pressure-tested stainless hardware on both joints. That's why the visible bolt ring wraps the outer edge of the wheel — those fasteners aren't decorative; they're what hold the three forged pieces together as one structural unit. XINGTU's engineers torque every fastener to spec and pressure-test the completed assembly for seal so the three pieces behave as one under cornering load.

Second, all fitment numbers here are customer-specified, not OEM-derived. For E91 325i LCI the factory ET runs roughly ET34–47; the customer's ET32/40 is more aggressive on the front axle, which fills the arch better and gives the wagon that lower, wider VIP stance. XINGTU's engineers built strictly to the submitted numbers on the assumption that the customer's arches and suspension have already been adjusted to accept this fitment — this is a made-to-order forged wheel, not a bolt-on OEM replacement, so the responsibility for arch clearance stays with the customer's build.

Third, the finish is a two-process job. The bright chrome on the center and upper lip is an electroplated metal layer (copper → nickel → chrome) applied after CNC polishing, so the reflection is deep, mirror-bright, and durable — not a coating. The bare polished aluminum lower barrel is CNC-machined to a bright natural-aluminum finish — no plating, no paint — for a clean two-tone contrast that reads at any angle. The 72.5 mm bore is machined hub-centric to the BMW E-chassis, so the wheel carries load on the hub, not the studs.

    Quality Verified

    • CMM dimensional inspection (PCD / CB / runout)
    • Dynamic balancing on every wheel
    • 3-piece hardware (both joints) torqued to spec & pressure-tested for seal
    • Forged 6061-T6, hub-centric machining verified
    • Multi-layer bright chrome plating adhesion & mirror QC before packing
    • Polished aluminum barrel finish inspected under controlled lighting

    Result

Compare the studio render on the left with the finished wheels photographed in-plant on the right
—the customer's concept has been executed exactly, with the bright chrome delivering a glass-smooth mirror reflection under studio lighting while the polished aluminum barrel keeps the machined-aluminum grain visible along the outer edge. (In-plant shots taken under blue overhead lighting can make the chrome look darker than it is—the true finish is bright mirror chrome as rendered.) XINGTU-branded center cap installed on the finished wheels—publish-ready. True 3-piece construction, 700 kg-per-wheel load-rated, and built to the customer's exact submitted fitment.

XINGTU forges 1-piece, 2-piece, and 3-piece constructions to your exact submitted fitment—
bright chrome, dark chrome, brushed, painted, or polished finishes all available.
