Second, this is a forged monoblock built for load, not just for show. The multi-spoke face and barrel are cut from one continuous 6061-T6 forged billet with unbroken grain flow from the hub to the rim — critical on a 24x14 wheel at 19 kg net that has to hold a 1,100 kg-per-wheel load rating. At this diameter and width, a cast wheel would either fail the load target or need enough material to become dangerously heavy; the forged monoblock construction is what makes the ultra-wide show fitment structurally realistic. The 78.1 mm bore is machined hub-centric to the customer's confirmed hub, so the wheel carries load on the hub, not the studs.
Third, the finish is a two-process job with an extended pipeline. The center face is CNC-polished directly on the forged aluminum for a bright bare-metal appearance — no plating, no paint. The outer barrel then receives a full gloss blue paint process: surface prep, custom color-matched base coat, then two clear coats cured under controlled temperature for depth, gloss uniformity, and long-term UV resistance. Combining these two very different finishes on the same forged shell requires careful masking, sequential curing, and dedicated QC — this is what extends the delivery timeline compared with a single-finish monoblock.
