A 2013 Grand Cherokee (WK2 platform) owner came to XINGTU wanting the wheel to carry the SUV’s aggressive American street-truck presence — a dense turbine-style multi-spoke face finished in satin (semi-matte) black with a subtle contrast gloss black outer lip, sized up to a full 24″ diameter to fill the arches. The build was executed as a forged monoblock, sized and offset to the customer-submitted fitment. XINGTU machined the set to exact Jeep WK2 hub and bolt pattern.

    Engineering Notes

    XINGTU's engineers want to highlight three details that define this build.

    First, this is a forged monoblock rated for full SUV weight at ultra-large diameter. The dense 20-spoke turbine face and barrel are cut from one continuous 6061-T6 forged billet with unbroken grain flow from the hub to the rim — critical on a 24" wheel that has to hold a 1,000 kg-per-wheel load rating for a roughly 2.3-tonne Grand Cherokee. Going from OEM 20" to aftermarket 24" adds significant unsprung mass; XINGTU's engineers keep the forged 24x10 shell at just 20.5 kg net, which is the only way an SUV of this weight can run a 24" wheel without destroying ride quality or overloading the suspension.

    Second, the customer's ET15 fitment is more aggressive than OEM but PCD-correct. Stock 2013 Grand Cherokee runs roughly ET+44 to ET+56 on 5x127 with a 71.6 mm hub — the customer submitted the same PCD/CB (so the wheel bolts directly to the OEM hub) but a much lower ET15 to push the wheel outboard for the "big wheel" street-truck stance. XINGTU's engineers built strictly to the submitted numbers on the assumption that the customer's WK2 has been prepared for this fitment (lowered suspension, arch clearance, and any liner adjustment). Because PCD and center bore are OEM-correct, the wheel is a genuine hub-centric fit; ET responsibility stays with the customer's build.

    Third, XINGTU's engineers verified the 15×32×60° taper lug seat against the Jeep WK2 OEM standard — correct seat geometry is essential for proper clamping torque and is a direct safety factor. The 71.6 mm bore is machined hub-centric to the WK2 platform, so the wheel carries load on the hub, not the studs. The satin-and-gloss two-sheen black finish is a single powder-coat color executed in two different gloss levels — the spoke faces cured to a satin finish for depth, the outer lip cured to a gloss finish for a subtle "shadow line" contrast between spoke and rim.
